It is Wednesday night and tonight we begin our new summer midweek program MythBusters! Tonight, we’ll be looking at the myth — When we die we become angels. Is this a myth? Is it true? Your kids will discover the answer tonight. We’re also answering questions like — Were angels created or did they always exist? Why were angels created? Are angels greater than humans? What do angels do?
I’m really looking forward to this brand new program. There are so many myths that circulate throughout the church and in society as a whole. I really want kids to understand from this class that they can go to Scripture to find out what is truth for everything that they question in life! I think it’s so important for kids to begin, even at an early age, to discern what is truth! Midweek is going to be a little different with this program for the next two months, but my prayer is that lives will forever be changed because of what kids hear during MythBusters!
